Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY:
Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from you purchasing your item.
We do not accept returns on underwear or swim wear (There will be a note on the description of the item saying no returns).
Return postage is at the buyer's cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us. We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed-for service to ensure they arrive with us & prevent being lost by the chosen postal service. If the item gets lost when sending it back to us, no refund will be given.
- Returned products must be in the same condition (as per description) as sent out, unworn & in the original packaging.
- For hygiene purposes, no refunds will be given for products that have perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke present.
- Any objects found within the returned item or inside of pockets will be seen as evidence of use.
Any item that doesn’t meet the criteria set out in the return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please note you could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND:
Once we have received your returned item and it has passed our returns criteria, we will process your refund right away. Funds can take between 5-7 working days to return to your account depending on the payment method used and who you bank with.
If an item goes missing in the post with our delivery, there will be an investigation that will take up to 30 days. At the end of the investigation, you may be refunded or if the courier deems the item to be delivered, there will be no refund and the case will be closed.
